What is included in a Baseline Home Check?

One scheduled visual visit, time-stamped photographs, a green, amber or red condition summary, and a 15-minute review call are included.

Is the €99 fee credited if I subscribe?

Yes. If you start a monthly KIYI plan within 14 days of the visit, €99 is credited against your first monthly invoice.

Which parts of Muğla do you cover?

KIYI covers Marmaris, Datça, Bodrum, Fethiye, Ula and Akyaka, Ortaca and Dalyan, and Köyceğiz on planned route days.

Is this a technical survey or security service?

No. KIYI records visible conditions and reports unusual changes. It does not provide technical diagnosis, guarding, rental management or estate agency services.
