Service areas and routes
Our selected coastal areas are Marmaris, Datça, Bodrum, Fethiye, Ula / Akyaka, Ortaca / Dalyan, Köyceğiz. Marmaris is the operating base. Visits elsewhere are grouped into fixed route days so time and travel remain efficient. Until a regular route has formed, any travel charge is stated clearly in advance and quoted by district.
What each visit produces
Agreed checkpoints are observed in the same order on every visit. Visible water and moisture signs, basic electrical status, doors and windows, plus relevant garden, pool or exterior areas are recorded. Findings are marked green, amber or red and delivered with relevant photographs and short notes. This is not a technical survey. It is a consistent visual observation service designed to identify unusual conditions early and give the owner useful information for the next decision.
How maintenance coordination works
If a problem is observed, the agreed approval and spending limits determine the next step. Contractor quotations are shared openly whenever possible, and the owner normally pays the contractor directly. KIYI coordinates communication and follow-up without hiding a contractor commission. It does not replace a licensed technician or make the owner's decision on their behalf.
For detail limited to the operating base, read the Marmaris home watch guide.
